The system is browser based and built on the Microsoft .Net framework. Grendel CRM is easily accessible both internally and remotely. Functions include: Company, Person, Task, Calendar, Opportunity and Project tracking. It is designed to be customizable to allow additional functionality to fit the customers business needs.
