Grendel CRM
The Grendel CRM system is browser based and built on the Microsoft .Net framework. Grendel CRM is easily accessible both internally and remotely. Functions include: Company, Person, Task, Calendar, Opportunity and Project tracking. It is designed to be customizable to allow additional functionality to meet the customers' business.

The system is built around the Microsoft SQL Server package and utilizes Microsoft Reporting Services for generating and emailing reports.

The Grendel CRM System can be used on its own or as the foundation for subscriber and user based web applications. When a user registers on your web site, the subscriber's information is saved in the CRM database. The information, combined with the powerful query, reporting, emailing capabilities of the system create a solid customer management and target marketing tool.

The system is customizable to allow company specific work flow and project management.
